March 1967 Tanseisha Workshop Co., Ltd., as a base production company of Tanseisha Co., Ltd., is established in Yushima, Bunkyo-ku.
Capital: 500,000 yen.
President: Masaharu Watanabe (deceased), the founder of
Tanseisha Co., Ltd.
February 1968 Shibuya and Nihonbashi work sites opens.
July 1968 New capital amount: 2,000,000 yen.
November 1969 Capital expansion; new amount: 8,000,000 yen.
October 1970 Adachi factory is completed.
March 1971 Capital expansion; new amount: 10,000,000 yen.
March 1973 Capital expansion; new amount: 20,000,000 yen.
February 1974 Kashiwa workshop opens.
March 1975 Capital expansion; new amount: 30,000,000 yen.
February 1977 Registered as an office with a 1st-class authorized architect; Mayor of Tokyo, 16171.
September 1978 Licensed as a specified constructor; Mayor of Tokyo License(Specified 8) No. 475.
November 1978 Mr. Eitaro Sakakibara assumes the post of managing director.
December 1978 Headquarters move from Yushima, Bunkyo-ku, to Iriya, Adachi-ku.
June 1981 Funabashi work site opens.
March 1982 Mr. Sadao Wakasugi assumes the post of managing director.
June 1982 Company name changes to Tankosha Co., Ltd., and headquarters move from Iriya, Adachi-ku, to Ueno, Taito-ku.
